A valid credit card is required to book through my secure sever. A 1-night deposit is charged*. The balance of payment can be made with another form of payment.


As a courtesy, an option is available to place yourself on the waiting list. You will be automatically notified via email of any cancellations.


The balance of your payment will be charged to your credit card upon arrival unless you prefer to pay by another method.

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover, AmEx, Maestro, Diner's Club, debit card, traveler's cheque, and cash. Wire transfers are accepted if pre-arranged.


After booking, an email will be sent to you with the reservation number. Dates are automatically removed from the availability calendar once the deposit payment is accepted.

To ensure our email is received to your inbox (not bulk, junk, or spam folders), add the email address provided in your confirmation to your address book or safe sender list. Hotmail, MSN, and Yahoo users should provide an alternate email address if possible.


Cancellations can be made via email to with ‘CANCELLATION’ as the subject heading. Please reference your reservation number. If you do not receive a reply acknowledging your cancellation it has not been received and subject to charges.

Between 7 days and 72 hours 25% of total booking or 1-night deposit – whichever is greater (maximum charge of $250)
Less than 72 hours and before 24 hours of arrival 50% of total booking or 1-night deposit – whichever is greater
Less than 24 hours of arrival 75% of total booking or 1-night deposit – whichever is greater
No cancellation notice (“No show”) 100% of total booking

* "Date of arrival" refers to 12am/00:01


This includes dropping off luggage. Check-in time MUST BE PRE-ARRANGED, as EVB&C is a sole-proprietorship.
